4. Purpose and legal basis of the processing

The personal data indicated are processed for the following purposes and on the following legal bases: 4.1 Contractual/pre-contractual purposes
  • Management of requests for information or product orders.
  • Legal basis: performance of the contract or pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR).
4.2 Purpose of fulfilling legal obligations
  • Fulfillment of accounting, tax, civil, or regulatory obligations (e.g., communications to legally required bodies, document retention for the statutory period).

  • Legal basis: express consent of the interested party (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR).
  • Providing data for these purposes is optional; without consent, promotional material will not be sent.
4.4 Profiling purposes and/or cookies and similar technologies
  • Analysis of user behavior on the Site to improve services and the browsing experience (e.g., analytics, technical and profiling cookies).
  • Legal basis: depending on the type of cookie, this may be the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR) or the data subject’s consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR).
  • In the case of non-essential cookies, the user’s explicit consent is required.

9. Transfer of data to third countries / international organizations

The transfer of personal data to third countries outside the European Union is not foreseen. If this is necessary, the Data Controller will ensure adequate guarantees compliant with Article 46 of the GDPR (e.g., European Commission standard clauses).
