Madame Moisè

Montefiascone, Italy

The soul of our wines is born from the embrace between the volcanic earth and the sun.

about us

Madame Moisè is not a legacy, but a promise.

A promise born in a glass—and lives in the heart. We are wine lovers, seekers of truth in its aroma, its taste, and the light of a late summer afternoon. And in this promise there is also a name and a gesture of love.

extra virgin olive oil

From the olive trees that have sculpted our slopes for generations, Madame Moisè – velvety olive oil – is born: an extra virgin olive oil that caresses, nourishes, and tells a story of patience and sunshine.

finest honey

Among the flowers of our countryside, bees gather nectar and silence.

From them comes our honey: natural, golden, pure. A small treasure that smells of spring, of the woods, of ancient blooms.

Château Moisè

Château Moisè will open in summer 2026, offering wine tastings, samplings of local products, and a panoramic view of the Montefiascone hills.

Guests will be able to relax by the pool, enjoy tastings, and soak up the atmosphere in complete tranquility.
