From the lands of Tuscia

Prestigious lands, renowned for their excellent wine and olive oil production.

Our grapes and olives grow around Lake Bolsena, on volcanic soils that still tell stories of ancient fire.

It’s a generous soil, full of soul and silence, which gives depth and character to our crops.

Harvested in mid-September at optimal ripeness, the grapes are carefully hand-selected and gently whole-cluster pressed to ensure purity.

Fermentation begins in temperature-controlled stainless steel to maintain aromatic precision. Approximately 30% of the wine completes fermentation and aging in French oak barriques, adding texture, dimension, and understated elegance.

The result is a wine that is both vibrant and layered — contemporary in style, yet faithful to its heritage.
