Character: A volcanic Extra Dry that combines mineral freshness and floral finesse, in the Prosecco style but with a more marked territorial identity.

Harvest: Late august – early september

Winemaking: Fermentation at 12°C in pressure tanks, then 1 month ageing on fine lees

Ageing: Stainless steel, bottled young to preserve freshness and vivacity

Pressure: 4,5 – 5 bar (tipico Extra Dry)

Perfect as an aperitif; excellent with light starters, raw seafood, spring risottos, delicate white meats and midly spiced Asian cuisine.

Harvested in mid-September at optimal ripeness, the grapes are carefully hand-selected and gently whole-cluster pressed to ensure purity.

Fermentation begins in temperature-controlled stainless steel to maintain aromatic precision. Approximately 30% of the wine completes fermentation and aging in French oak barriques, adding texture, dimension, and understated elegance.

The result is a wine that is both vibrant and layered — contemporary in style, yet faithful to its heritage.

Perfect with seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, white meats, and refined Mediterranean cuisine. Also elegant as a sophisticated aperitivo.
